Jessica was so helpful during my appointment. There were some issues when I came in and she addressed them right away and gave me a solution. Jessica walked me through my insurance and coverage and had me look at frames while I waited and after my appointment she communicated between the Doctor and I to make sure I was comfortable and got what I needed.

This store and this location was the BEST experience with an eye doctor I’ve had yet, my husband and 3 children all wear glasses so I am no stranger. Lacey really surpassed my expectations and helped us out greatly!! If you’re going to use RX optical use the W.Main location. Top tier service all the way around. Thank you again Lacey 🥰
