I love how I’m able to book my appointments online! The staff has always been very kind to me, and they’re very quick.I’ve had some really bad experiences at other nail salons, but never at Queen Nails.

l went in for a fill and was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and the urgency to get me done and out of there (23 min). Not once did the person communicate with me on anything. upon checking out I had my card on the counter next to my purse so I could put my coat on. Not telling me how much my total was she helped herself to my card and charge me $60. I was shocked and asked her how an acrylic fill was that much. 25 for the fill, 15 for the shellac(never have I ever paid extra for shellac),5 for french = $45. i did have 2 nails repaired but I don't know how that can total the remaining 15. After I told her I have never paid that much for a fill she proceeded to tell me I probably forgot. ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️. In the heat of my anger I left only to get into my car and see she didn't even take off all of my previous color!??
