Best trucking company to work for by far. Life as a driver is stressful no matter what, but most companies I've worked for pile on, not LDS. Good equipmant that WILL be fixed if broken, weekends are optional, paid holidays, good relationships with shippers & recievers, great dispatchers, the family of owners actually cares about the driver, we are people, not trucks. One of the few companies out there that trusts their drivers judgement and will back you up to the end. I could go on.... If you get a chance to drive here, you will work long hours, they have high standards, but the they will make it worth the effort.

I called with some questions and to ask a favor and Tommy answered. He was so kind and helpful that I would believe they run their entire business this way. It was a refreshing change from what I run into a lot out here. Thank you, Tommy!
