We had a leak in the water heater that was just purchased a year ago. (Not from JP HVAC) Tracy got right on helping us get someone to look at it. Michael showed up and took time to evaluate the situation, thought we might need to replace the whole unit. But then he heard a noise that led him to valve that he has on his truck!!! Fixed in less than 2 hours. I cannot say enough about this company. Always helpful. Always treat our questions with respect. Try them!!
Nobody likes to come home to a 44 degree home in the middle of winter. Called Jason, after hours and within a few hours he had us back on track to a toasty home. As a single homeowner it meant a lot that he was so genuine & honest up front. I would highly, highly recommend:)
