Jim offers excellent and prompt service with a flexible schedule. We had our report back the same evening and were able to negotiate based on some of his estimated costs for repairs (which is a nice inclusion that many inspectors don't offer) He also includes pictures which help identify any issues that he brings up and is detailed in showing places he considers marginal and defective in the home.

Jim is fantastic to work with. He has inspected two homes prior to purchase for me over the last 7 years and does a very thorough job. His reports are detailed, easy to understand, and clearly outline the estimated costs for repair. He also highlights which repairs should be considered immediate vs. others that can wait or are not as high of a concern in regards to safety. For as long as Jim is in business and we are in the area, he will be our first choice for home inspection!

Jim is without a doubt the best home inspector around. I have never met a home inspector so thorough and detailed oriented.
