I haven't yet had the heat treatment for bedbugs performed so can't comment below. However, have a disability, so preparing the house for treatment posed considerable challenges and I had to reschedule. Zachary Woodman has proved exceptionally courteous and accommodating of my schedule constraints. He went out of his way to give me advice on how to follow the somewhat complicated instructions. He really represented Griffin well!

I explained the issues I was having with flies. They came out did everything I asked in timely fashion. I really appreciated Heather listening to my concerns and coming out same day to spray.
