Wait time is long but they keep my haircut record from the last time I came in. I sit down and they make sure its what I want, cut it and I pay them. Not much to say. If your haircut is wrong then you probably didnt explain it or you were too afraid to say it was wrong.
I have been going to this salon for several years......I actually followed Sabrina (manager) from another salon because I love the way she listens to what a person wants and is always cheerful and helpful. I cannot imagine having anyone else cut my hair. She is a real asset to your business!

I've been to a few great clips over the years and I gotta say, this one was just a little bit better than all the others. My stylist was not only friendly, but accommodating to what it was I was looking for.. allowing me to see her progression, while allowing my input into each "section" of my hair cut, before continuing on to the next. This was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely return.
