Our AC went out at the start of this past heat wave, I was able to schedule a technician to come out next day, all other companies were quoting over a week. The technician they sent, David was friendly and profesional. He began troubleshooting and was able to get the air back on quickly. I think pricing was very reasonable and we live far away from everything.

I woke up to no heat. Called EM and they couldn’t promise (same day) but by the next morning for sure. I got a call from Lisa less than 2 hours later and she came and saved the day! I also learned a thing or two! She is good people!
