“In April I got hit by the tornado that came thru. I got 3 estimates to replace the siding on the side that was damaged and 2 windows that were also damaged. I do my best to research all contractors and make a point to see their work on other jobs and see their reviews.
Fortunately, I knew 3 other people who had Blackberry do work on their property. Windows and siding. I regret not getting a quote on decking.
Blackberry had good communication from the start to finish. They beat the other 2 contractors quotes by a reasonable amount.
I was impressed on their window prices so on top of the 2 windows covered by insurance, I had them install 7 more. The workers were respectful of my concerns and kept me informed of any issues that came up and had an immediate fix without costing me more.
Next year, I intend to have them replace the rest of the remaining siding and the 9 remaining windows. Throughout the whole process there was communication and if any unexpected issues, they rose to the challenge.
From original quote, thru to detailed measurements, removal and install was very satisfying.”
