Tech came in, made a diagnosis that was something outside of the original issue, which was great but the original problem still presented. After diagnosing a different issue, the tech/company never reached back out to my warranty company, so after a few weeks, I had to call my warranty company to find out what was going on. They stated that after a month has passed, they had not heard from the company. They reached out SEVERAL times with initially no response, then eventually they said they needed to speak with the tech and would follow-up. Again, nearly a week passed and they finally came to my warranty company with the diagnosis.
The guy showed up, was very rude and condescending when I explained that the main issue still was happening and that I appreciate his is fixing the other issue he found, what are we going to do about the main issue. He stated he did not know because the issue did not occur the 2 times he was there (intermittent hot water). He said he will write it up that he sees no issue and I can resubmit it to my warranty company and they can send someone else out. The entire process with AirServ was unprofessional, zero follow-up until being constantly contacted by my warranty company. I have AC work that needs done in the coming weeks and originally planned to use AirServ when they were sent out for my original issue, now there is absolutely no way I will be using this company again and plan to make a review on any site I am able. Absolutely terrible service and the rude tech they sent didn't help their situation in the slightest.

Power blip knocked out the motherboard on our heater and Aire Serv had the best quotes around for a mechanic to come out for a diagnostic. Little did we know we'd get the most professional and personable mechanic we've ever worked with. Jacob was quick and accurate with his diagnosis. He explained everything he was doing, what he was expecting from a test result, what the result showed, and what we had to do to get things back in working order. Jacob did a fantastic job breaking down the cost and detailing the different payment options we had. 10/10 would love to have him over again! Preferably for maintenance and not an emergency fix.

Jacob came out on a Saturday when the furnace wouldn't fire up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it in about an hour. Excellent communication before and after the repair. Professional in all aspects.
