Fantastic Roof replacement! We recently replaced the roof on our house and decided to use Hanson's for the job. They have a very good reputation and they are not a fly by night company. We had a very positive experience from the initial meeting to the very thorough cleanup after everything was done. The materials they used were very high quality, with a very good warranty. The installation team was very well trained and did a terrific job. I absolutely know that our roof will last for many many years. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company who has been around for many years, offers a fair price and uses high quality materials!!
I've had a bay window installed for about 12 years that we loved. The last 5 years I had numerous serviced calls to find and fix a leak I could hear but seldom see. Eventually I stopped calling until a rotten area of the wood showed up. Then I talked with Angela Miracle who helped me like no other. She understood exactly what my issue was. She dug into my problem and was consistent with giving me feedback on her progress. Finally she told me the entire bay window was going to be replaced under warranty. We had a wonderful experience with 1-800 Hansons! They worked with us to fit in our budget as much as possible and helped us to decide what was best for our situation. Financing was super helpful and a pretty great deal considering the current economy! Caleb S. was incredible on instillation day! On time (and even early) and incredibly efficient, plus super friendly and helpful!
