Absolutely amazing! Got us in the same day for an eye emergency. Everyone was super nice, helpful, and professional! Dr. Stacy was very understanding and knowledgeable and asked all the questions needed to figure out it was a corneal abrasion! We’ve already been to a med center twice before this only to be told it was allergies. So happy to get answers today!
You couldn’t ask for a better place to get eye exam and glasses. Very professional knowledgeable people that work there. Prices are very very competitive. No need to go anywhere else unless you need eye surgery like I did. Thanks to my eye exam they found a problem had eye surgery. Life is good again.
Had a problem with my new lenses.
My scrip came from GR Opt. The Mgr. Jen decided to remake lenses at no cost to me. To be certain on the accuracy of the script I got a new eye exam at RX. Turns out my eyes changed since my GR Opt. Exam.
Mgr Jen still covered my lenses at no cost to me. I was so relieved and grateful.
Also , I will be getting my eye exams at RX from now on. The Doctor gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever had. Very thorough, not rushed and explained everything very clearly.
Cost with no insurance was $99/$149. My charge was $99,
GR Opt. $240.
