“The representative, James, came out on Monday to give me a quote on replacing the wood trim around the garage door with pvc trim. He gave me the quote onsite with a follow up email with the quote. He was very professional meaning no high pressure sales, and explained the two options I could choose. Answered all questions to my satisfaction.
Wednesday morning of the same week Don and Justin arrived totally prepared to begin the project. Again they were highly professional and also very knowledgeable. The job was completed beyond my expectations. Both men were extremely personable and efficient.

“Just over a year ago we had an illness in our family. Ya’ll came out, talked to one of the homeowners about the home, and what needed work. The individual here discussed the condition of family’s illness with the contractor, other homeowner wasn’t physically fit to leave the house at that time. The worker, he understood and shared a personal story allowing compassion and thought.

We now have lost that person shortly later. The work was amazing, timely, and twice they came to complete some touch ups.

“They are the best roofer in West MI. I checked with several large home builders before I called Moore. Ed Moore was very helpful and very experienced. Much better than the other three roofers I had do estimates. Their crews are all experts and install was perfect. Roof done in 2017 and not a problem. No shingles have moved or been damaged by an ice storm, high wind storm and heavy snow fall. I highly, highly recommend them.“
