Fibercare Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

We had water in our basement about six weeks ago after all the rain and I called FiberCare to see what they would charge and availability… Andrew came out looked at what we had and provided some fans and a lot of feedback as to how we should proceed. The fans helped dry everything out very quickly. I got all the issues resolved where the water came in, I called FiberCare back to clean all the carpets in our basement. The staff communicated very well and we’re eager to help us get our carpet back to normal. A very responsive, knowledgeable and fairly praised company. I would highly recommend them And they will be our go to carpet cleaner going Forward.

Andrew did a great job of stretching the carpet to remove the ripples. He was knowledgeable and worked through unforeseen challenges in the job. I appreciated that he cleaned up after the job was done.

Called them in panic mode because I tried to clean our couch on my own because it was so dirty and left marks from the cleaner I used!!! Andrew came within an hour after calling and legit SAVED our couch. It looks brand new. Will definitely be doing this every 3-6 months. He even had booties on to enter our home. Very professional and great at his job
