“What a pleasure it was dealing with the fabulous people at Window Depot of West Michigan! No pressure sales approach, excellent communication, friendly installation guys who cleaned up everything immaculately. And then, frankly to my surprise, I got a phone call from the owner a few days after the installation to thank me and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Many times I have spent thousands of dollars on home improvement items and I never received a follow-up or thank you from the businesses. I will always recommend Tony and Window Depot of West Michigan!”

“Nate and the team at Alcor were amazing to work with. I had two separate windows that were still under warranty that needed to be replaced. Once the manufacturer shipped me the new windows, I reached out to Alcor for some help. The whole process from start to finish was super smooth even though one of the installations of the windows (on the second floor) was a bit more difficult to replace than they had originally expected. Overall very pleased and I'd highly considering them for your next home project.”
