WellNow Urgent Care, located at the corner of N West Ave and W Monroe St, is a convenient and quality healthcare option for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. The staff is exceptional, providing quick and efficient treatment, as seen in instances where patients were seen and treated promptly despite initial delays. Most insurance plans are accepted, making it easy for patients to receive the care they need. While some patients have experienced frustration with the new electronic check-in process, the actual medical care and treatment provided by the medical personnel, including NPs and doctors, has been satisfactory, with patients reporting improvement in their condition after receiving prescriptions and treatment.
WellNow Urgent Care served me well with a very positive experience. Everyone was courteous and kind; very professional. I was received quickly, with a smile and my test was done quickly and results came very efficiently. I could not be more satisfied with help I received. This Urgent Care has it all! Online scheduling to make my appt for my pre-employment screening. They were informative and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with the staff from sign-in to Sarah, PA. The reception area was spotless, large, comfortable and offered bottle water, frozen slushies, coffee, Arcade machine. Could easily see children being kept busy while waiting for visit. They even have an XRay machine so screening can happen to avoid trip to hospital.
If I have any Urgent Care need I know where I will be headed.
