WellNow Urgent Care, located at the corner of N West Ave and W Monroe St, is a convenient and quality healthcare option for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. The staff is exceptional, providing quick and efficient treatment, as seen in instances where patients were seen and treated promptly despite initial delays. Most insurance plans are accepted, making it easy for patients to receive the care they need. While some patients have experienced frustration with the new electronic check-in process, the actual medical care and treatment provided by the medical personnel, including NPs and doctors, has been satisfactory, with patients reporting improvement in their condition after receiving prescriptions and treatment.
Check in was great. Very friendly. The nurse was also very kind but when the so called Dr came in she looked at me like I was wasting her time. Never even touched me. Acted like I was a bother to her.
Had an overwhelming positive experience. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Nurses and nurse practitioner--Danielle, Kaylee, Madison, and Heather--were thorough and addressed my issues directly. Got the meds I needed right away.
We visited this urgent care after my husband got a fish hook suck in his knee on our camping trip. The staff was amazing! They had him in and out. We had went to the urgent care called IEP down the road prior to coming here and even after calling first to make sure he could be treated they turned him away because the doctor decided he was done seeing patients for the day. I would definitely recommend this urgent care!
