I'm now using Tri County regularly because I was so pleased with their all over service the first time I contacted them. From the initial phone order placement to delivery, everyone just really exceeded great customer service. I am thrilled to have found these guys!! Would give 10 stars if this rating allowed.
David was very friendly and helpful in diagnosing the issue we had with smelly water in spite of having a new water treatment system (it wasn't the system!). He helped us understand the cause of the issue, laid out options for resolving it (including ones that we could do ourselves, to no financial benefit for them), and offered to fix it without pushing us. We chose to pursue a couple of the diy options first, and he seemed genuinely happy to have been helpful. I'll be sure to reach out to Tri-County Water first the next time I have an issue I think they could help with.
