The Grate Haus had what we wanted on the ground - a reasonable lead time given the time of season - a fair price for white-glove service - and knew their product line. Quoting, scheduling installation, appointment follow-up, and service follow-up all included text and email reminders, with technician names and invoices visible at every step. Great systems for a business who focuses on providing quality customer service. We did not step foot in the showroom for the entirety of the process - craftsman-level installation was performed in a timely, clean, & courteous manner - and all of our questions were answered.
