The optometrist (Indian lady) was excellent. She listened to me and didn't gaslight me like many doctors gave done. The people at the desk (Zoe and Grant) were also excellent. I am on Medicaid, and Zoe knew all the ins and outs of what it paid and didn't. Grant went the extra mile to offer to call me when they got notifed of when they would start to take my insurance plan.

I visited SCS for the first time this week. And I must say that I have never been to any place where EVERYONE was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I had fun just talking with the entire staff. I told each of them how nice and enjoyable it was being and meeting them. I even gave one staff member a hug, because she was just that personable. And the way the world is today, it good to know that some people still have the spirit of kindness and professionalism shown to their customers. I would truly recommend this place for all your eyecare products and services.

I didn't realize I needed a special type of appointment and a normal eye exam would not suffice. They helped me reschedule the appointment for as early as possible. They also worked with me one on one to select frames so that my appointment will be quick the next time.
