Duane showed up exactly when he said he would, went the extra mile, and fixed our issue same day. He did everything he could to save us money. He was also very friendly and personable. Thanks to Shelars. 6/5 stars. We will continue to use this company.

I called for a pump out they were at my house within 20 mins. Gave me good information and some tips. They do have a credit card fee which is kind of ridiculous these days. Although they did take all forms of payment. I wrote a personal check due to no additional fee for checks. Overall I would use them again.

Shelar Sanitation did an excellent job pumping my septic tank. Scott was very courteous and friendly. He was very up front with telling me what he was doing while he did it and educationg me on how a septic works.
