I hired Mark Sayre in the summer of 2023 to build me a house, and I definitely made the right choice. The time from breaking ground to completion was around 6 months for this beautiful 1500 sq ft home, and living here since spring of this year has been a blast. Marks crew was very professional and worked fast with high-quality results. I will advise anyone looking to build to keep tabs on the project to avoid any miscommunication on the layout, etc. At one point, 2 windows were framed in a spot I did not want them, and since I caught it in time, they were able to easily move them without any issue. Mark's guys installed a sliding glass door for me. They did a fantastic job. They were timely, professional and friendly. The job site was always clean and they took precautions to keep the dust from the rest of the house. I highly recommend them. Oh, and the price was fair too. Thanks again guys.

We had Sayre Builders come out to do some repairs on our house and deck. They did a great job and got it done in great time. But what impressed me so much was how wonderful all of the guys working were. They were so kind and friendly to us and our kids. They let my sons watch and hang out with them while they worked. I didn’t have to worry about foul language or anything like that. And they all seemed genuinely happy! So so refreshing to experience people working well and joyfully. Loved our experience with them and will definitely call Mark next time we need something done on our house!
