Mike did an outstanding job delivering my freight today. From start to finish, he was timely, professional, and handled everything with real care. He communicated ahead of arrival, navigated a tricky drop-off with zero issues, and made sure every piece was accounted for and placed exactly where it needed to go.
It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work, especially in a job that’s nonstop and demanding, but he absolutely delivered (literally and figuratively). Exceptional service, great attitude, and clearly someone who takes the grind seriously.
