Luke and Tyler were outstanding. Clogged kitchen drain pipe. They asked all of the right questions before starting the job. They were on time, efficient workers and communicated with each other and me while work was in progress. I would highly reccomend Rooney"s I know I will use them again when needed. Thank you Luke and Tyler!
We had an issue at one of our rentals today, Sunday. I called this morning and was pleased to be greeted by an actual person. His customer service skills were on point. I was told they were heading to another job but would get to us today for sure. By 11:00 I received a call that they were on their way. By 11:45 they had found the issue and made the repair. Thank you!
I returned from vacation and found that pipes from my house were completely blocked; couldn't flush a toilet or run any water! After calling several places with no one available, and no return calls, I came across the phone number for Rooney's. They made arrangements to send a technician out within a couple hours, the clog was fixed quickly and the area was cleaned up nicely. Great, friendly service at a reasonable price.
