Located on W. North St., just a block from US-127, Regency at Jackson is an 82-bed facility providing top-quality subacute, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Reviews describe the staff as awesome, caring, and loving, with patients feeling cared for and loved. The premises inside and outside are very clean, with a housekeeper who was polite and professional, keeping everything clean. The food was excellent and well prepared. Everyone associated with the establishment is very respectful, considerate, and caring. One reviewer spent six weeks at the facility and called it the most welcoming, hard working, goes above and beyond, kind, caring, and loving place. The PT and OT department staff go above and beyond to help patients reach goals. CNAs are wonderful, with one noted for always making sure needs are met and far exceeding expectations. Nurses are phenomenal, always ensuring medicine is on time. Another reviewer, whose dad went for physical therapy, found the staff friendly, dedicated, and spot on, with a nurse who took care of him perfect, answered all questions, and made the family feel at home. One reviewer arrived with no idea what to expect and found the experience beautiful, feeling so cared for. The facility is described as a place where patients are in good hands and will be taken very good care of.
I arrived there not have any idea what I was about to get into. I was there for 20 days) There was a lack of reviews in terms of STAFF care/performance so....(you hear nightmares about some facilities like this). This place and the staff turned out to be AWESOME and I felt so cared for and loved there -- it was beautiful. I even got emotional once expressing my gratitude for their service. GO HERE - they will take very good care of you. You are in GOOD HANDS here!
I don’t even know where to start with this but Allegra Nursing and Rehab (I know it’s called Regency at Jackson now but when I was there a couple years ago, it was Allegra Nursing & Rehab) has changed my life. I spent a total of six weeks at Allegra. I needed IV antibiotics and physical therapy. This is truly the most welcoming, hard working, goes above and beyond, kind, caring, and loving place you’ll ever find. You will not find anything better than Allegra. Jesse and Andrew in the PT and OT department go above and beyond to make sure you reach the goals you are there to reach. All of the CNAs are wonderful but special shout out to Cheryl. The premises inside and out side are very clean.My room is well care for by janitor service on sight. Everyone associated with this establishment is very respectful ,considerate and caring. I didn't come across anyone that I didn't like. The food was excellent and well prepared. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
