Used to go here loyally but the service for regulars went way downhill. It was taking 2.5 hours for them to do dip on my nails. 45 mins + just to take it off, WITH and appointment when I specifically came in 30 mins early to get my prior nails soaked off. They were also doing it way too thick and not properly shaping my nails after. My last appt here I specifically booked with certain techs and my request was ignored. I've been going King nail in Holt recently and the service and quality is much better. My nails look so much more professional and natural since finding a new place.

Lux nails is the only place in town that I trust. I have tried various nail salons and usually end up getting bad service. The first time I walked into lux nails, I told my tech how thick and unnatural my nails looked. Jasmine was a god send, she thinned my nails and did a fantastic design.
