Edited to add- The situation took a turn when the new owner personally reached out to Joel. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely concerned about what happened. He took full accountability and made it clear that this is not the standard of care they want to provide.
His response meant a lot to us, and it restored our confidence in the practice. Because of his professionalism and sincerity, we absolutely recommend Jackson Vision and look forward to giving them another chance.

Had an eye emergency couldn’t get in anywhere because it was a weekend. Not a current patient and it still wasn’t a problem. When it comes to customer service Dr Johnson went above and beyond. He was caring and professional not to mention he saved an eye!!!!
