I live in Grass Lake and I contacted Jim about replacing several doors/dead bolts. He ordered exactly what we needed, had great communication, was prompt and efficient, and he even re-keyed our front door to match the new locks. All in all, this was a great experience. I called a few days ago, they called back and made an appointment to fix my door lock, showed up right on time, and were fast and professional. Reasonably priced too. Could not have asked for a better experience and result. Will be my go to for any future lock repair.
I had Jim from Jackson Key Works come 20 miles to my cottage, and replace my 2 outside door handles and also install 2 brand new electronic deadbolts. Then had all the locks keyed alike. He was very personable and professional and very reasonable.I strongly recommend him for any locksmith work!!
