The staff at IEP were phemonial to me and my boys this morning from front desk to nurse practioners, I took my little to be seen, he had an ear infection, they were all so gentle and kind, I had a mishap of shutting my fingers in my vechicle door no sooner than getting my kiddos loaded and had to get seen myself and get stitches for my finger, they helped me with the boys while I was getting xrays and stitches keeping them occupied. I will always go back to them for any minor medical purposes. Extra thank you to Lexie for keeping them entertained, I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
The dr refused any imaging or any tests when i came in throwing up blood with a lump on my head. I recorded him denying service with my phone pointed at the floor because you know they will still bill you claiming SOMETHING. When i did that he walked out the room. Idc my problem was he went to the desk and began instigating after he walked out. If youre done with me then leave and go to your office. This has nothing to do with you. They did something to make videos not show on google and keep removing it. check comments. I read numerous reviews of women who felt the dr was purposely antagonizing them. He definitely purposely tries to and got more mad when he didnt get tears and begging from me. The lady at the desk also wrote the wrong name down for me not the one i was speaking to on video. sounds more like HE wanted to bully ME into free money.
As an RN myself, and just picking this Urgent Care from the Blue Cross/Blue Shield website, I was so impressed from the moment I walked in the door. This place is immaculate. The staff is wonderful - friendly, incredibly talented, grounded, and kind. I put a steak knife through my thumb and needed stitches (and a tetanus shot). I’ve never had stitches before, and I was a tad amped up, to say the least. I’ve watched doctors put stitches in patients so many times, but it’s different when it’s your turn. Ainsleigh was amazing! She made me feel at ease and did a fantastic job. Heather also had a big part in making my experience memorable. We had a lot in common in regards to patient care, and that just made me like her immediately. She gave me my tetanus shot (quick and virtually pain free), and I was out the door. I truly couldn’t be happier with my care. I have recommended this place to basically everyone I have come across in the last week - family, friends, people at church, people at the grocery store waiting in line, etc. I will definitely choose this Urgent Care in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
