I hope they keep the techs they currently have. Appreciated the text letting me know they were running a little late. Our sprinkler system was not only opened, but thoroughly reviewed and adjustments were made before they left. Very pleased.
I really wished that I could give these guys a better review. Kevin bailed us out of a tough spot when we first used them a couple years ago - to move sprinkler heads, adjust zones and recommission our system after extensive concrete work. At the time, I was extremely happy with them.Ever since, they've done everything they could to fall on their face. They replaced our low-voltage sprinkler signal line last fall - and then this spring I had to call them back out to fix the wiring of the zones ($190 for the call back) - and then they could not get one of the zones going - as they said something is wrong with the cable they installed the prior fall.This year we also prepaid… read full review
My family members & I have never had any issues with Haligus I've been using them since it first opened and Leo owned it in 1977 then Kevin took over about 15 years ago a lot of my family and friends use them and never had any issues really at all. I have neighbors that use them too. I call for service and they are fast to set up appointments usually next day and if they are unable to next day I have only waited a day or two the service guys are very polite and good at what they do and been there for a few years so each year they come back I know who it is.
