While I love finding frames here, when I got them repaired due to the screw falling out the dude said “If you don’t buy them here, we charge you for this repair”. My own eye doctor’s office just repaired for free despite my frames being from Gregory. Sucks a simple repair of putting a screw in will cost $ at Gregory if you didn’t buy their lenses.

For the past 20 years I have purchased eye glasses at my eye doctors office. The past 3 years they have been unable to fit my glasses properly and which has caused me to have difficulty seeing. They made me feel like I was crazy. After 4 times back and forth this year I finally asked for a refund to go elsewhere. I received a refund, but not without the office manager telling me they sell hundreds of glasses and didn't know what my problem was. Omg! I can't say enough about this place. My grandsons glasses got chewed up by their puppy. He was so upset and couldn't see. I called Gregory Optical and I talked to Nicole, she was awesome. I got his prescription from his previous eye doctor and she had lenses in stock, had him back.in glasses the same night. Thank you thank you so much..
