They provide the latest in fashion eyewear and lens technology, with an on-site lab and acceptance of most insurances. The optical hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-5pm, while the examination hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-4:30pm. While some customers have expressed disappointment about being charged for repairs on frames not purchased at Gregory Optical, others have had positive experiences. One customer, who had struggled with improperly fitted glasses from their previous provider, found relief at Gregory Optical. The technician, Baltia, spent an hour with the customer, ensuring the perfect fit and frame. Another customer, visiting from out of town, had their eyeglass issue quickly resolved by the helpful staff member, Beth, at no charge. Overall, Gregory Optical is dedicated to providing quality eye care and customer service to the local community.
Just leaving now with 2 pair of glasses! Kim and her staff keep me coming back to Jackson, MI driving today from Chicago to come after an unfortunate accident on the yacht. Been coming here Since 2014, recently moved to Cleveland and have not yet found any eye care place to come close to the love & exceptional service I always receive here!!! Every good exam, friendly staff!
My mother-in-law’s glasses were missing a screw and she gets her glasses at Gregory optical. I stopped in before work today to get them fixed for her. When I arrived 4 other patrons walked in just before me. I thought to myself “this will take forever “. There was one person at the desk and one person helping someone with glasses. In seconds of my entering more associates arrived out of the back and all customers were taken care of including those that arrived after me. I offered to leave the glasses I needed to have fixed and come back later but I was told it would only take a couple of minutes. Just as promised the lady helping was back in a couple of minutes. She also ask me if I needed a case for them. I said I did and she got me a case! I have never been to this optical before, but if I find my insurance will allow it ... you will most definitely have a new customer!!! Thank you! Adrienne Bigg
