Don't waste your time Kelly doesn't want to work with you or your insurance company.They don't care that for medical reasons You need a device. All they do is give you the run around. Don't return your calls very unprofessional And all they have is excuses

The lady named Mary who answers is dismissive and talks down to you, they play phone tag to keep you from lodging a formal complaint and they erroneously billed me $416. Mary then doesn't answer the phone to stop you from being able to complain to a real manager.
