Tod and Rob were absolutely incredible. From consult to service, they were punctual, clear communicators and helped me pick the best service for my carpet. I originally picked a more expensive service, but Tod and Rob let me know that a different service (that was cheaper) would be better for the soil level of our 15+ yr old carpet. When my mom saw the floor she said “I didn’t know it was that color, or that it could look so clean” highly recommend Fullers Chem Dry. Great experience! Got rugs, upholstery, and stair treads cleaned. They removed pet odors and everything dried so quickly! I’m definitely making this a routine service. Thank you Rob and Todd!
