I purchased flowers from another place because they were closer to home and I asked for large whimsical and colorful and I paid a lot for small colorless and mostly greens. I didnt have the heart to not pay even though I was unhappy. So I was referred to jo's by a loyal customer and without hesitation Joyce made time to last minute see me and she added the life, color, and fullness my flowers were missing and the charge for adding to my bouquet was remarkably low. I definitely thought I'd be charged way more than what I paid. I was pleasantly surprised, pleased, and amazed. I wish the full payment for bouquet went to Jo's. Great service and price.
