First time visiting the salon for color and highlights, and it did not come out the way I wanted it. I may not have explained what I wanted well enough. I felt bad having to complain, but their response was amazing and they booked me to come back in. Niveah (I hope I spelled that right) was my stylist and she treated me very well. She was so professional and friendly, even though she had to redo my hair. The second time around, she nailed it and I am so happy with the outcome. I can't say enough good words about Jessie! She's truly amazing and very talented at what she does. She's done my lashes and now nails and I absolutely love the service she gives every single time. And the ladies behind the front desk and the environment is also very welcoming. I would highly recommend 517 to anyone!

I recently got married and between the chaos and my chronic health issues, my husband gifted me a massage at Salon 517. In addition to health issues, I am autistic, have severe anxiety and PTSD yet from the moment I walked in, they were so kind and the vibes so mellow and happy, I was actually at ease! The customer service was wonderful. As if that wasn't enough, I then met the amazing Ms. Brigid. She made sure she asked me about my reasons for being there, any trouble spots and when I told her I have EDS, she actually adapted to help with my joint pain.
