I came home from a vacation and went into the office on Sunday afternoon to complete a budget due Monday. I was horrified to find out I somehow had been locked out of our system. I called Rob from Computer Ties and he answered from home. After a few minutes he was logged into our system and getting me back on line. Service above and beyond! Highly recommend
I would like to thank Rob Jones , Joe and Computer Ties! You guys have done a great job getting us transferred off of another IT company and getting us updated. We appreciate you working around Eineder Funeral Homes schedule. We will be using Computer Ties in the future and will recommend them to everyone for all of your tech needs.
The man helping me made sure I had the right protections on my computer, explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it which eased any worries I had about the process.
There was so many things he told me about which immediately improved the way my computer was running and he stayed with me over the phone until all my issues were addressed.
