I've been to so many specialists, urgent care, and GP offices from Michigan to California, and I have never had such a pleasant experience. For the first time I can remember, I had a PA who thoroughly heard and understood my concerns. He consistently worked to explain things in a way that made sense for me and made sure I followed every step of the way. He shared his train of thought in why certain tests were ordered and specific medications/treatments were recommended. He addressed all of my concerns with a sincere level of compassion and kindness. Everyone was nice, friendly; we showed up 30 minutes before close (we got the hours of operation wrong) but they still saw us, did an appropriate exam, and staff worked with pharmacies to ensure we were able to receive antibiotics the same night (on a Saturday with power outages all over)! Provider, Jon S, gave us information about what to do, what to watch for, and when to go to the ER, which made us feel much more comfortable. Would definitely recommend after hours care here.
I have been a patient at center for family health my entire life and I have never had a bad experience. They have always been so kind and caring. My doctor now is Dr. Flood, she is my gynocologist and she is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She is extremely thorough and always very warm and caring. She genuinely cares and that alone means everything to me. So if anyone needs a new gyno she is the doctor to have.
