The pharmacy team is the best in Jackson. They have to deal with a very diverse clientele and high volume at that. I’ve had my meds filled at other pharmacies and had to wait along time, only get half of my prescription. They get a “10”.

I was well looked out for as a walk-in patient and care taken care of by Dr. Sonja Llancari and her asstance, very kind and courtesy. Thankful for the service in the walk-in center, since I was directed my my physician Dr. Virk this has me very distraught feeling. The Center is falling apart, as they need more employees. I have had top notch insurance, down to no insurance for myself. Having a family member now in the same situation, I went to that first followup appointment, after hospitalization. We were seen promptly and directed to the right person who helped TREMENDOUSLY after the visit was over, regarding insurance coverage and followup care. While I agree the phone system needs a little work...and I didnt realize that any physician within that practice has up to three days to return a call....with persistence, my questions and concerns were answered before that time.
