I was at Jackson crossing and decided to pop into get my brows threaded for an upcoming trip. Usually when I walk into a new place, they ask me for a photo or ATLEAST how I like my brows. Not the case here. Walking in I found a very pretty lady on a video chat doing sign language. I quickly noticed she was deaf and mute (not that it matters) but posed concerns on communicating how I like my brows. As soon as she noticed I was there - she quickly guided me into the chair with zero que on communicating how’d I’d like my brows. The woman who works here does an amazing job. She's kind and friendly and makes sure you are happy with your brows before she finishes. I started going to her because the girl at the Westwood mall always seems to have a bad attitude and acts annoyed. So if she's so bothered, figured I'd take my business elsewhere. Glad I did!
