We had a wonderful experience with Aspen when our furnace kicked the bucket this winter and we needed a new one. McCully came over right away to diagnose the problem and was very kind and compassionate and knowledgeable when telling us we needed a new furnace. The installers came with 2 days to put in our new furnace and did a great job. 2 weeks later followed up to check on how it was working and look over the system. They even hooked us up with our Consumers Energy rebate. Overall, this was a great experience and great service with Aspen.
