Noah came out to my mother in laws house this past Friday October 4th for a furnace check. He was efficient, honest, kind and friendly. She uses action at least once a year to get the furnace checked before winter hits. She thought because he furnace is pretty old she would need a whole new furnace. It would have been really easy to take advantage of my mother in law and make a big sale because she older and doesn’t know anything about furnaces but he did the whole check and said it was running properly and should make it through another winter. Fantastic is the best way to describe Jake with Action Heating and Cooling. Excellent service and quality beyond compare. First time out for air conditioner and now furnace. Both times we have been more then impressed with professional, quality work and comparable pricing. Action Heating and Cooling will be our go to for all of our future HVAC needs.

The Action Heting and Cooling Service man was very professional and explained everythng to me clearly as to what my problems were in regard to my furnace, air conditioner and water heater. He pointed out issues that I as unaware of with my air conditioner and probably saved my a lot f grief in the future. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.
