My father's hot water recently started leaking badly and of course it happened to be on a Saturday. I had little hopes of having a contractor show up, but I contacted Burford Plumbing and Dylan, the Technician, showed up within the hour!! He assessed the problem and went right to work draining it and even helped with the clean-up!! He also pointed out a few other repairs that should be fixed, which I agreed with him. fast responses to resolve bank balances ,we had to have the amount increased to be able to pay half, before waited ✋ for me to all bank and then call them back this was a process and Burford was very pleasant and professional ? getting my furnace ordered and installed in the middle of a cold snap ,Jake and Darell were our installersthey were very professional in there install explaining their process they at one point checked in with the office to be sure of a situation with a pipe,very appreciative of your professionalism doing it ✅ right,when they were done they answered my questions clearly, cleaned. up and left my home worming and ? ,I have already... read full review

I had a emergency water leak situation and my regular plumber was booked solid for quite a few days. I had seen Burford Plumbing and Heating signs around Ithaca so I took a chance to see if they were available. The 2 men were able to come immediately and had the problem figured out in no time! The employees were professional and polite. I would recommend Burford Plumbing and Heating to anyone.
