SERVPRO of The Upper Peninsula
“We had an exceptional experience with SERVPRO from start to finish. They provided a very competitive quote, promptly removed the carpet from our home and hauled it to the dumpster, and went above and beyond by providing additional guidance on the next steps to ensure the house was properly addressed for smoke concerns.
Their team also took the time to inspect our crawl space and garage for potential microbial growth and black mold, which gave us additional confidence that we were addressing the situation comprehensively.
Everyone was easy to work with, professional, and responsive, with excellent follow-up throughout the process. The communication was outstanding, and the team genuinely cared about helping us get the house back in good condition.
We are extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone in the area. Phenomenal job by the entire team!”
