After explaining my situation and time crunch, he scheduled and performed the inspection within 72 hours. He always answers his phone and was very thorough of an explanation of a water test result that I had misinterpreted. Would definitely use Ben again!!!

Ben was great! We had him inspect a house we were looking to buy, and he allowed us to tag along during the inspection. He pointed out everything of concern and even gave us tips for how to fix it. He was very thorough and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be calling him if we need anything!
