So far we are VERY PLEASED with the equipment and your communication skills you supply to your customers. It made us “feel” like we were your only customers, but “knowing” these are busy times we definitely were not. You are a great company and I hope you will be around for a long time to come because I really don’t want to deal with anyone else now. Secondly, I cannot praise your Employees enough for the work they did and for all the knowledge they provided. Their expert advice was none that I have ever experienced before. In the past things were just done without any input or explanation to us and we just relied on others work. This experience with “your” workers made us feel like we were involved and that we actually had a voice in the decisions that were made. We are very much at ease and have total faith and trust in your employees. They are to be commended for the work that they do. It is obvious they thoroughly enjoy their profession and genuinely care about their customers. They are thoroughly detailed and devoted in doing their absolute best work!! I was in a motel in Green Bay because my wife was in the hospital. I got a call from our freeze alarm at 9:45 on a Friday night indicating there was a temperature alarm. I got a friend to go over to the house, unlock the door and leave some lights on. I called the after hours number and left a message. Soon after I got a call back and set up for a tech to go to the house. He called at 2:00 AM and said it was fixed and explained what was wrong. I really appreciated the quick service and the communication from the tech.
Very helpful and answer any questions I may have...installed both my furnace and my water heater...keeping everything in top shape since...excellent company to work with...Thanks everyone!!
