Sarah did an awesome job adjusting my glasses that I did not purchase from them !Thank you so much ! You saved me a trip to Green Bay and I would definitely prefer my insurance coverage to be here at Shopko ! Unfortunately it is not yet but I would choose this optical every day !!

While visiting family in town, my glasses' frame stem broke. Sarah and Tara came to the rescue, using shrink wrap to secure the stem to the frame. This temporary fix allowed me to see comfortably until I could return to my regular glasses shop back home. Thank you so much!

I was in on 8/9 and before the door opened there were customers standing outside. When the staff opened the doors (at 9), they were bombarded with questions and patients who needed appointments. While there were only 3 staff working, they managed to hold down the fort! My experience was nonetheless spectacular and I appreciate all of the patience Ann had with me while finding the perfect pair of glasses. These ladies are doing a wonderful job and I cannot wait for my next appointment with them!
