Not sure about everyone else on here with bad reviews, but my experience was decent. Went in after dealing with a most likely herniated disc for a month. Took roughly 45 uncomfortable minutes. Doc prescribed me the meds i needed. Sadly they didn't help as much as i hoped. But atleast i can last a day at work now.. put in a referral for a mri. Still waiting on that call 3 days later.
Overall good care. Ive seen worse.
Everything from the check-in, to the waiting room, to being seen, was smooth and efficient. It took only 30 minutes from check-in to getting orders from the doctor, and we were out the door (granted there were only two people in front of us). My son saw Dr Jennifer Gibbons. She was kind, heard our concerns, and was helpful. The nurse that took my 19 month olds vital was patient and friendly. Thank you to everyone at Bellin, for making a rough situation a little bit smoother.
I recently went into the Urgent Care likely for stitching a somewhat minor injury. The entire staff treated me well and addressed my needs quickly, and with care. Jereme not only did a great job dealing with the wound, he followed up with me to see how it had healed. I was very impressed and will go there again, and recommend their Clinic to friends and family.
