Furnace went out on Thursday, Chase was out on Friday to do an estimate (which was 1/2 the cost of another national company I might add), made the deposit on Friday, AND they loaned me some space heaters until today. Colt and Gabby were at my home bright and early, and got my brand new furnace installed in a timely manner, answered any questions I had — related and non-related — to the install.
Thank you SO MUCH for the quick turn around time, and at half the price of that un-named national brand!
