Truck key broke off in the ignition. Called Ionia lock and key first thing in the morning they were there within an hour and I was all good to go shortly after that with a new key! Fast friendly and fair pricing! Highly recommend.

Was shopping locally just down the street from their business when I realized I had locked myself out of my vehicle, walked over to their business and explain my situation immediately I had a response and the gentleman came out got me unlocked would not accept any money Truly an asset to Ionia Shop local people!

John and his team are very efficient. When we needed a key for our register he came down immediately and got us back up and running. We'd have spent triple the time and money getting a key sent from Square so we're extra glad to have this local service right downtown Ionia.
