Can't say enough about the customer service at North Country Homes. We purchased a chalet style home in 2016 which has 2 sliding doors and triangular shaped windows across the front which fronts on Lake Huron. Last year, we developed small leaks coming in above the sliding doors. After several attempts to solve the problem, they sent a repairman out to fix the problem. After 4 days of removing the siding and re-flashing around the windows, the leaks are fixed at no cost to us after the warranty had expired. NCH built a beautiful home for us. They were so professional. Christine helped us design a home that fit just what we needed. The exterior colors available were varied so I could choose a cheery tone to be accented with sage green and it is a very solid house. No noise when moving across floors, nice deep windows (2x6 walls)& room layouts adjusted to meet our needs. Mark is a very skilled person who made everything look perfect inside and Paul made it all happen seamlessly coordinating different work teams. They all were unflappable.
